About this role
Role Overview
Lead and develop the commercial team composed of SDRs, Closers and Social Sellers.
Participate directly in strategic negotiations and in servicing key clients.
Monitor ongoing negotiations, supporting the team in managing and closing opportunities.
Conduct one-on-one meetings (1:1) for development and performance follow-up.
Monitor commercial KPIs, analyze results and propose growth strategies.
Structure, review and optimize commercial proposals.
Direct and oversee the execution of the commercial area's strategies.
Prepare executive presentations and report results directly to the Executive Board and the CEO.
Ensure proper use of the CRM and the quality of commercial data.
Requirements
Proven experience in high-ticket consultative sales
Proficiency in techniques such as SPIN Selling
Experience with CRM systems
Degree in Business Administration, Controllership or other management fields is a plus
Proven experience managing commercial/sales teams
Experience in consultative B2B sales
Experience leading strategic negotiations and managing relationships with corporate clients
Experience with CRM and commercial pipeline management
Strong analytical skills and experience managing performance metrics
