About this role
Role Overview
- Work commercially with product managers and medical managers in the pharmaceutical industry
- Identify opportunities and develop customized solutions for each client
- Structure projects with a strategic rationale and a results-oriented focus
- Prepare commercial proposals and presentations
- Monitor projects after approval, ensuring alignment with the original proposal
- Build close, consultative relationships with clients
- Work on projects such as medical events, congresses, continuing medical education, scientific content production, mini meetings, and medical travel
Requirements
- Experience in consultative sales
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related sectors
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Creative, analytical, and solution-oriented profile
- Ability to work with complex projects and open-ended requests
- Organized, proactive, and results-focused
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Experience with medical events and scientific projects (a plus)
