About this role
Role Overview
- Understand client workflows and requirements;
- Document the information gathered from the client, including business rules and process flowcharts (.BPM);
- Configure the system so that the business rules/workflow defined with the client are reproduced in the solution;
- Analyze Excel spreadsheets, since data to be migrated is received in that format;
- Deliver training to qualify office staff in the use of the system;
- Monitor system usage by users in order to resolve questions and issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related fields;
- Previous experience in law firms or corporate legal departments;
- Experience across different stages of legal processes and routines, demonstrating a broad operational perspective;
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel and Word.
