6-12 years of experience in Aero industry with Airbus A220 Design experience
Good Experience on Airframe Design
Direct and coordinate the design team and customer
Handle queries & tasks within set timelines
Task tracking and reporting
Legacy conversion of Primary and secondary structural components
Using Catia V5 (Machined, Sheet metal, Extruded & Composite parts)
Experience in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA)
Knowledge on Materials and Process Standards
Peer review of Drawings, 3D models, assembly, Installations and Engineering documents
Coordination and perform design related tasks with internal and external interfaces (like stress department, aerodynamics, materials & processes, production and equipment suppliers) within the defined scope of work
DMU Creation and Analysis
Good knowledge on GD&T
Strong skills in Modelling & Drafting CATIA V5, VPM and Airbus tools
Composite: CD3/CPD (for composite skins only)
Sheetmetal Development: SL3
Hands-on experience in working with airframe composites and metallic components
