Role Overview
- Ensure the revenue and budgeted EBIT for your region.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide immediate response to all requests.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our customers and relevant macroeconomic factors.
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of company policies.
- Monitor your team and provide support to clarify questions.
- Manage KPIs and direct corrective action plans.
- Ensure excellence in the region's service operations.
- Guarantee synergy among the areas under your management, aligning interests toward a common objective.
- Systematically monitor the cost and expense budget, identifying and implementing cost-reduction opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree preferred.
- Availability to travel.
- Experience in managing and developing teams, resource administration, and financial results.
- For internal applicants, minimum of one year in the current role.
