Role Overview
- Assist customers who are bringing in their vehicle for service
- Discuss any concerns and service needs
- Communicate any concerns or needs with the workshop
- Explain the service process, set customer expectations on timeline and collection
- Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle
- Communicate with the customer if there are delays or additional services required
- Ensure customers are completely satisfied
- General administrative duties
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great telephone skills assisting customers and colleagues
- Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Experience in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred but essential
