Define and execute a multi‑year digital transformation roadmap aligned to segment strategic objectives with measurable milestones and business‑case‑driven prioritization
Establish the architecture for the integrated ecosystem including PLM, ERP, and MES that enables a true end‑to‑end digital thread
Evaluate emerging technologies (digital twin, model‑based systems engineering, AI/ML‑driven analytics) and build business cases for adoption
Lead large‑scale, multi‑workstream transformation programs from requirements through design, build, test, deployment, hypercare, and transition to operational support
Own technical integrity and risk management across concurrent implementations and integration efforts
Ensure timely delivery of system integrations, data migrations, and validation/verification activities with full traceability
Partner with Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT leadership to align digital solutions to operational needs and drive enterprise‑wide adoption
Lead a high‑performing team of engineers, architects, and functional leads as well as mentor emerging talent
Manage multiple vendor and systems integrator relationships, ensuring alignment to project milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations
Lead executive‑level briefings that inform strategic decision‑making, drive alignment across the enterprise, and secure sponsorship for digital transformation initiatives
Requirements
Must Be Able to Obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience; Or, Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 19 years of prior related experience
15+ years of progressive experience in engineering, digital transformation, or enterprise systems delivery within aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated industries
10+ years of direct, hands‑on experience leading digital transformation/modernization programs involving PLM, ERP, and/or MES platforms—including full lifecycle planning, execution, go‑live, and stabilization
5+ years in a senior manager‑level or equivalent leadership role with responsibility for multi‑million‑dollar program budgets and cross‑functional teams of 20+
Delivery of large, complex, $100M+ at‑scale enterprise system integrations connecting disparate systems
