Identify client needs and expectations
Handle non-standard situations and provide individualized banking solutions
Participate in educational and social events for clients
Be prepared to represent the bank outside the organization when needed
Consult the Private Banking team on investments and financial market developments
Comply with all internal and external regulations regarding investment and ancillary services
Continuously develop professionally, including maintaining mandatory licenses.

3+ years of professional experience in financial markets
Excellent understanding of investment services and products
Strong relationship-building capabilities with business areas, partners, and suppliers
Excellent communication skills
Strong result and customer orientation
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions
High energy level and positive attitude
High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to best practices
Ability to act objectively and independently, avoiding conflicts of interest.
BFAA Investment Advisor (IA) License
Higher education (preferred specialization in Finance, Economics or Business Administration)
Fluent English and Latvian, both written and spoken, due to working at a Pan-Baltic level.
