Lead, mentor, and develop a Cloud DevSecOps/SRE team focused on cloud applications (AI, MLOps, Data).
Build, standardize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps processes (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
Develop and manage Kubernetes environments (Anthos, OCP, Istio, Helm).
Expand the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) platform for rapid, repeatable cloud provisioning (Terraform).
Ensure strict security, data access, and compliance (IAM, networking, secrets, auditability) in a regulated environment.
Guarantee the reliability and scalability of the platform running critical ML/LLM services for the Bank.
Recommend and implement modern technologies (Observability, FinOps, AI platform enhancements).
Collaborate closely with developers and architects to understand their needs and improve engineering processes.

Proven experience as a Technical Leader in Cloud / DevSecOps / Platform Engineering or SRE.
Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes (architecture, networking, autoscaling, security) and Cloud-Native platforms.
Hands-on expertise with CI/CD and GitOps (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
Strong proficiency in Linux and Cloud environments (GCP is highly preferred).
Solid understanding of observability principles and tools.
Experience in maintaining ML/LLM models in production (availability, latency, rollbacks, versioning).
Deep understanding of security, IAM, networking, and compliance within regulated organizations.
A strategic mindset capable of designing long-term architecture rather than just reacting to operational issues.
