Analyse and interpret data to answer meaningful business questions across different teams
Help develop user-friendly dashboards and analytical tools that improve on static reports
Turn complex findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
Act as a bridge between business teams and the data/engineering group, translating ideas into analytical tasks
Spot new opportunities to apply data and predictive analytics across the company
Support colleagues with self-serve reporting tools and help them understand their data
Seek out process-improvement opportunities, including using AI tools to boost speed and accuracy
Requirements
0–3 years’ experience in a data, analytics, or similar role (recent grads welcome!)
A strong interest in numbers and analysis
through your studies, projects, or work background
Working knowledge of SQL; bonus points for exposure to Python, Tableau or Salesforce
Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and a willingness to experiment with new tech
Confidence working with numbers and large datasets
Clear communication skills – you can explain what the data says to someone from any team
A curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and a team first attitude
