Role Overview
- Own our GenAI / LLM foundations
- Make AI safe, reliable and cost‑efficient
- Build and evolve the internal AI platform
- Ship and own key AI features
- Guide our AI roadmap
Requirements
- 7+ years in software and/or ML engineering
- 2–3 years working with LLM/GenAI systems in production
- Strong backend engineering skills in TypeScript and/or Python
- Comfortable with cloud‑native architecture on AWS
- Deep practical experience with LLM ecosystems
- Familiar with MLOps/LLMOps concepts and tooling
- Strong system‑design skills for services/APIs
