You are responsible for the entire sales and customer lifecycle and ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
You proactively identify potential customers (car dealerships, automotive service businesses) and excite them in the initial phone contact about our cloud solution.
You guide qualified prospects through our software online (or on-site in exceptional cases), explain the features clearly and demonstrate the concrete benefits for their everyday operations.
After a successful close, you don’t leave new customers alone. You provide close support throughout the entire onboarding process and ensure a smooth start with Autrado.
You independently structure your sales activities and report directly to Sales Management / Executive Management.
Requirements
Industry knowledge: You bring solid experience from automotive retail or possess a deep understanding of cars, vehicle trading and associated vehicle data.
Sales mindset: You enjoy cold calling by phone, are strong at closing deals and stay motivated even after a “no”.
Technical affinity: Since you sell a complex software product, you easily understand digital tools and can explain their advantages clearly.
Independence: You are highly organized, work very autonomously and structured—whether in the office or remotely.
Communication: You communicate fluently in German (business fluent) and engage with car dealers on equal footing.
