Comfortable learning and navigating digital tools; CRM and scheduling platform experience is a plus
Strong written communication for SMS, with clear verbal skills for occasional calls
Genuinely curious and compassionate, with a people-first mindset
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate documentation and privacy practices
Interest in or familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or telehealth services
Reliable availability during Eastern Time business hours (approximately 16:00–24:00 GMT)
