Role Overview
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

- Manage queries for different support areas via email and voice.
- Support customers with key issues, such as reporting and blocking lost or stolen cards.
Requirements
- Language skills: German (C2) and English (B2) – written and spoken.
- Customer focus: Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented communicator.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with both frontline and backoffice responsibilities.
- Tech-savvy: Familiar with CRM tools and comfortable using multiple communication platforms.
