Drive the end-to-end sales process of in-store payment solutions, contributing to the growth of iyzico's new business line that brings its strong digital payment experience into the physical retail world
Manage all necessary processes by ensuring an excellent merchant experience, optimizing payment acceptance performance, and maintaining operational standards
Carry out sales activities to contribute to the company's sales targets
Set individual sales targets and define action plans in line with overall sales objectives
Develop business plans for the sectors under your responsibility and execute the required actions promptly.
Acquire new merchants and expand the product portfolio of existing merchants with in-store payment solutions
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve measurable business results
Develop strong relationships with business partners and generate new business opportunities through business development activities
Acquire new key accounts and negotiate commercial agreements on behalf of the company
Manage all customer-related processes efficiently by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to improving internal and external customer satisfaction while strengthening the company's brand image
Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams
Ensure proposals and contracts are prepared accurately, on time, and in line with customer requirements.
Coordinate with the Legal team to ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and company policies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent command of English
Strong motivation to win strategic and high-value projects
A broad professional network with the ability to convert relationships into business opportunities.
Knowledge of the payments industry is a strong asset
Strong understanding of technology concepts, with the ability to identify customer needs and position the right products and solutions
In-depth knowledge of the industries and accounts under your responsibility
Basic knowledge of commercial proposals, contracts, and legal processes
Customer-focused, with strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in selling and managing in-store payment solutions, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
