Role Overview
- Design and deliver premium creative assets across all touchpoints.
- Lead the creative vision for in-store environments.

- Own the execution of physical brand assets.
- Support campaign launches and BAU activity with design solutions.

Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a design role, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing print design, packaging, web, and retail/VM execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of production processes, print finishes, and preparing artwork for print.
- Proactive, well-organised self-motivator with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand identity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
