Focus: international hospitality, culinary and cultural formats within the premium automotive environment
You will work closely with clients, partners and a creative team from events, editorial and design
From the initial idea to perfect delivery
Research, ideation and concept development
Organization and management of high-end events & VIP incentives
Point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Preparation of presentations, briefings, budgets and cost calculations
Participant management and comprehensive event documentation
Contract review, budget control and event accounting
On-site event support in Germany and across Europe, frequently on weekends
