About this role
Role Overview
- Design programs or program modifications from provided specifications using established methods and tools, and deliver them
- Perform functional and technical analyses
- Plan, design and execute tests (primarily unit tests) and fix defects
- Document all work according to defined standards
- Apply the Agile Scrum methodology
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree or engineering diploma (Bac+5 equivalent)
- Experience: 3 years or more
- Soft skills: Rigorous and methodical, team player with a proactive mindset, strong listening and analytical skills
- Experience in the insurance sector
- Technical skills: Mainframe / AS400 / ADELIA / COBOL development
