Donor Relations Specialist

Role Overview

• Provide personal advice and support to our regular donors (sponsors)
• Ensure comprehensive responses to telephone and written inquiries
• Reliably maintain relevant data in our CRM system
• Inform donors about suitable offers from Kindernothilfe's portfolio
• Support the optimization of processes to ensure availability of the most up-to-date information
• Actively contribute to process digitization in communication with regular donors
• Deliver trainings and workshops with colleagues in project countries

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree with a relevant focus
• Solid professional experience in customer support, ideally in services or advisory-intensive products
• Confident use of AI, databases and digital collaboration tools
• High level of intercultural competence and excellent communication and presentation skills
• Business-fluent German and very good English skills
• Knowledge of an additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, French) is an advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad occasionally
