Customer support via chat for brokers, clarifying questions about non-auto insurance products
Monitoring issuance of proposals, identifying outstanding items and working to resolve them within the operational workflow
Reviewing and approving processes within established authority limits
Collaborating with internal departments and the commercial/sales team on operational requests
Meeting SLAs and quality and productivity metrics
Logging and tracking tickets and requests
Supporting continuous improvement of operational processes and the broker experience

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Insurance Management, or related fields (preferred)
Experience providing support and interacting with brokers, commercial/sales teams, and underwriting (required)
Knowledge of insurance across other lines/products (desired)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (desired)
