Provide service and consulting to customers; support sales consultants in capturing orders; resolve inquiries; respond to quotations; and handle sales-related matters.
Keep the customer portfolio and documentation up to date with commercial details discussed during interactions, and perform periodic follow-ups to strengthen relationships and generate new sales.
Work strategically in partnership with the commercial team (managers and field consultants) to sell short-dated medicines and damaged/compromised products to prevent stock from expiring.
Check and process order-related information for release based on information from portals and departmental documents.
Complete sales following logistics and commercial policies, using the correct store/warehouse according to client type and product taxation to avoid negative margins.
Perform the checklist for orders to help prevent returns.
Coordinate the request and updating of clients' financial documents for credit limit and/or payment term analysis with the sales administration department.
