Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview

• Play a key role in strengthening the Council’s understanding of the independent care market across East Sussex
• Turn complex data into actionable intelligence that supports better decision-making
• Interpret and communicate a wide range of complex datasets relating to the independent care sector and Supply Management activity
• Identify trends, generate meaningful insights, and help shape service improvements
• Coordinate the time-critical monitoring of homecare call data and improve data accuracy

Requirements

• Have knowledge and experience of using Excel for data manipulation and analysis
• Able to identify and resolve data quality issues
• Excellent data visualisation and report building skills
• Able to communicate effectively with a range of people in a clear, concise and accurate manner
• Supportive and positive team player
