Role Overview
- Implement the ABM/ABX strategy and culture at Intelia by designing high-impact campaigns targeted at strategic (Enterprise) accounts.
- Lead, develop and engage the Marketing team, running management rituals and guiding the team to achieve established goals.
- Connect Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure full alignment and efficiency across the revenue journey (Revenue Marketing).
- Design and operate Customer Marketing programs, turning the customer base into a driver of retention and revenue expansion (advocacy/referral).
- Create high-value experiences and content focused on decision-makers and C-level executives at large companies.
- Consolidate Intelia’s market positioning and branding, ensuring brand consistency and clearly communicating our value proposition in Conversation Intelligence.
- Build repeatable account expansion playbooks and lead advocacy programs to turn customers into active brand promoters.
- Refine Product Marketing strategy by structuring the go-to-market for new features, creating enablement materials (sales enablement) and sharpening product narratives (Phonetrack, Converx and Monitoria) for Enterprise audiences.
- Intensively leverage AI and automation to ensure speed, efficiency and scalability in marketing operations.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS: Marketing within a B2B SaaS model, with part or all of that experience dedicated to Enterprise accounts (high ticket and complex sales cycles).
- Team Leadership: Direct people management experience (coaching, development and team rituals).
- Strategic Background: Proven experience in ABM/ABX and Growth Marketing, with demonstrated projects in Branding, Positioning and Product Marketing.
- Analytical and Data-Driven: Clear focus on business metrics, funnel optimization and ROI.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
- Innovation and Technology: Affinity for and desire to apply AI and automation intensively in marketing operations.
You will stand out if you have:
- Advanced Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with robust marketing automation tools and ABM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, RD Station, Leadfeeder, Demandbase or similar).
- Data Culture (BI): Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) for dashboard creation and deep metrics analysis.
- Ecosystem Experience: Prior experience at SaaS companies focused on CX, Conversational AI, Customer Service or Analytics (similar to Intelia’s core business).
- Advanced Product Marketing: Mastery of market research methodologies (win-loss analysis), competitive intelligence, structuring persona/ICP matrices and creating robust Sales Enablement playbooks (training and tools for the sales team to close Enterprise accounts).
- Customer Programs: Experience designing Customer Advocacy strategies (retention, success stories and referral programs).
