About this role
Role Overview
You design the strategic orientation of our selection management and ensure that target groups are addressed precisely and appropriately across all channels.
As a driver of innovation, you develop new use cases for our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and support their operational implementation to increase marketing performance.
You define the requirements for our tracking architecture and manage the ongoing development of our performance dashboards as well as the selection of future-proof analytics tools.
By planning and evaluating A/B tests and onsite personalizations, you provide the decisive data foundation for the strategic optimization of our digital products.
You structure data from various sources, ensure clean data flows, and advise business units on the interpretation of complex performance KPIs.
Requirements
You hold a degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration and have several years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification.
You have solid experience in designing customer journeys, conducting requirements analysis, and working with complex data structures for effective audience management.
You can identify relevant AI use cases, describe them in a structured way, evaluate them, and prioritize accordingly.
You are proficient with tools such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Power BI or Tableau, as well as Adobe Experience Platform or Google Tag Manager for designing modern tracking and reporting setups.
You have business-fluent German (minimum C1) and good English skills (B2).
You think analytically and structurally, communicate clearly and appropriately for different stakeholders, and independently drive topics from initial requirement to decision readiness.
You enjoy working in agile environments and prepare data models and results in a target-group-oriented and understandable way.
