Risk and Compliance Manager – Third-Party

Role Overview

• You are passionate about Governance, Risk, and Compliance management (GRC) as an integrated management system.
• You are responsible for performing the monthly monitoring of third‑party sourcing risks and further outsourcing activities, as well as reviewing data‑protection relevant artifacts for third‑party data processing (e.g., technical and organizational measures — TOMs).
• Risk early‑warning is in your DNA: you are committed to conducting risk inventories, tracking remediation measures, and establishing appropriate and effective controls for risk monitoring.
• You review and validate the risk and measures assessments from the business units and identify weaknesses and opportunities for optimization.
• You are responsible for the analysis and risk‑based evaluation of existing and newly implemented measures and for overseeing their implementation by the business units.

Requirements

• You hold a degree in (business) informatics/computer science or a comparable qualification with strong IT expertise, and ideally several years of professional experience in risk management.
• CISSP and/or CRISC and/or ITIL and/or COBIT are not mandatory but provide a solid foundation for this role.
• Regulatory requirements, compliance and risk controlling are familiar to you.
• You are experienced with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office and, in particular, Excel.
• You have business‑fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
• You bring a high level of initiative and strong organizational skills.
• In addition to your analytical strengths, strategic thinking and acting, initiative, confident communication and relationship management round off your profile.
