Manage project risk (plan, identify, qualify, quantify, plan responses, and monitor risks).
Establish integration with internal and external stakeholders (other company departments, clients, suppliers, etc.), preparing and conducting regular meetings to align planning, details and requirements of project activities and to present project progress.
Plan and oversee the project preparation phase, including but not limited to scaffolding erection, material segregation, onshore and offshore activities, etc.
Coordinate planning activities, ensuring engineering, procurement and construction schedules, and that project objectives are met through detailed planning and resource management.
Ensure MODEC fleet UMS projects are planned and executed in an optimized and integrated manner by developing master project schedules and project execution schedules.
Interface with the Turnaround team to develop work scopes.
Ensure operational technical alignment by participating in technical review meetings with stakeholders.
Prepare and control project histograms.
Prepare and conduct Kick-Off meetings, ensuring an appropriate project overview, adherence to HSEQ strategy, information about the unit, mapped risks, opportunities and lessons learned from other unit and fleet projects.
Lead the execution of the UMS campaign, taking a proactive role in problem resolution and prevention and in identifying potential risk factors that may impact the schedule, by identifying, managing and controlling changes.
Lead the execution of offshore activities by interfacing with the UMS offshore team through monitoring and reporting project progress, tracking adherence to deadlines, costs and delivery quality, and providing support to project stakeholders with timely responses in case of identified anomalies or unexpected events, as well as providing corporate support when required.
Monitor the execution phase of the planned scope, participating in daily meetings with the project PICs (persons in charge).
Ensure the mobilization and demobilization of all equipment, tools and materials belonging to external suppliers under your responsibility.
Contribute to the development of Lessons Learned by preparing, issuing and presenting close-out reports with all relevant information and knowledge gained from the projects to identify improvement opportunities for future development and knowledge sharing across the fleet.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the IMS by tracking and updating project statuses and monitoring implementation and updating IMS documents under the responsibility of UMS Coordination.
Prepare reports, presentations and campaign schedules for internal and external presentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required. Postgraduate degree in related fields is a plus.
CREA registration (mandatory).
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory.
Offshore experience is expected.
Experience with maintenance turnarounds/shutdowns is expected.
Experience on FPSOs is expected.
MS Project is a plus.
SAP experience is a plus.
PMP certification is desirable.
Fluent English.
Availability for on-demand mobilization/embarkation (offshore assignments).
