Role Overview
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities within the Supply Chain
- Map, analyze and optimize processes by applying Lean and Continuous Improvement principles
- Lead Supply Chain projects from analysis through implementation
- Develop and optimize dashboards and reporting tools
- Serve as the interface between business teams and IT on ERP, WMS and TMS projects
- Conduct analyses, prepare business cases and deliver recommendations
- Support teams through organizational change
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, continuous improvement, process optimization or project management
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices
- Comfortable with data analysis, Excel, Power BI and ERP/WMS/TMS systems
- Ability to translate complex data into concrete actions
- Excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
- Fluent in French or Dutch and good knowledge of the other national language as well as English
