Strategy: You design and optimize new approaches and smart outreach funnels to warm up target customers and continuously generate high-quality, warm leads.
New client acquisition: You pick up leads from our inbound channels (e.g., newsletter subscriptions, interactions, or events) and, with your hunter mentality, develop them into real opportunities.
Client consulting: You analyze potential partners’ digital bottlenecks in detail and advise them in a purely needs-oriented way — we solve the customer’s real pain points instead of pushing standard packages.
Process management: You conduct discovery conversations at the decision-maker level and ensure a seamless, context-rich handover of qualified deals to our closers.
Requirements

Work experience: You have 1–2 years of experience in sales, consulting, or in a demanding, performance-driven agency or startup environment.
Creativity: You think in smart sales funnels and customer journeys to develop new ways to turn target accounts into warm contacts.
Communication skills: You win over decision-makers through competence, active listening, and a strong peer-level presence rather than relying on classic sales clichés.
Determination: You don’t want to perform traditional cold calling, but you have the absolute will to turn lukewarm interest into blazing business opportunities.
Language skills: You have native-level German and good English.
