About this role
Role Overview
- Provide customer service by answering questions and supplying information about the company's products and services.
- Carry out pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring a positive customer experience and identifying new business opportunities.
- Make initial approaches and contacts with qualified leads by phone, email and other communication channels.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions based on the company's portfolio.
- Negotiate commercial terms, including prices, deadlines, payment methods and delivery.
- Manage the sales closing process, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support commercial administrative activities and keep records updated in the system.
Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Experience in customer service and/or sales;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office;
- Organized, proactive and results-oriented;
- Availability to work the shifts (12:00 to 18:00 or 14:00 to 20:00).
