Role Overview
- Assist with risk management and supervisory analysis, research, and development
- Advise and support clients and partners as part of intervention and development initiatives
- Recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies, and programs
- Prepare recommendations, solutions, and action plans aligned with the organization’s objectives
- Solve complex problems using analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of the business line
- Collaborate with stakeholders across other business areas
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Business acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Union membership (if applicable)
