Role Overview
Help the Director define strategic directions
Help with the definition of strategic directions and manage their implementation
Develop and carry out the administrative department’s business plan
Design, structure and roll out an integrated offer made up of content, tools and expertise
Optimize business practices, processes, and use of tools to improve productivity
Implement skills development and structured training strategies
Launch marketing strategies and business initiatives
Ensure rigorous oversight of the regulatory framework, certifications and practice standards
Mobilize teams and implement management practices that foster performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
Expert proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
In-depth knowledge of wealth management concepts
In-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework surrounding the distribution of investment solutions in Canada
In-depth knowledge of the Canadian wealth management industry
Available for travel is required 30% to 40% of the time
