About this role
Role Overview
Educate and upskill operational colleagues through training, coaching, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
Develop training programmes, workshops, and other initiatives for operational teams.
Monitor effectiveness of training programmes and make recommendations for improvement.
Execute training needs assessments and collaborate to identify knowledge and skills gaps.
Maintain Barclays branding and ensure reflective materials of standards.
Track training completion and prepare updates and reports.
Help ensure learning activities follow internal processes and governance requirements.
Requirements
Experience in operations, training coordination, learning administration or a similar role.
Experience scheduling inductions, onboarding or training activities.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines.
Confidence using workplace systems, spreadsheets and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
