About this role
Role Overview
Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and deployment of liquid cooling systems at customer facilities.
Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution for deployed cooling solutions.
Perform system maintenance, optimization, and performance tuning to improve energy efficiency and reliability.
Create and maintain service documentation, installation guides, and training materials for internal teams and customers.
Gather and analyze customer feedback from field installations and service activities.
Develop and implement advanced diagnostic tools and predictive maintenance approaches using IoT and AI technologies.
Travel to customer sites as needed to support deployments and provide training.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Proven hands-on experience in liquid cooling system installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Strong technical skills in deployment and optimization of thermal management solutions.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and interest in IoT/AI applications for field service.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer-focused service mindset.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with customers.
Willingness to travel to support customer sites.
