About this role
Role Overview
Develop and lead the execution of customer Omnichannel and online marketing plans (as part of customer account plans) for selected Omnichannel and Pure Player customers, in alignment with the BU marketing strategy and regional/local commercial plans in DACH
Manage and follow-up of customer marketing budgets and performance for the respective distributor partners
Establish Tork’s digital shelf presence on distributor’s webshop, utilizing content and content sharing capabilities (Salsify); continuously monitoring, analyzing, and improving share of search, content integrity and accuracy in partnership with the distributor
Omnichannel ambassador within the DACH country cluster to share knowledge and skills with the Traditional Customer Marketing Team and Sales Championship for certain digital tools in alignment with the team
Coordinate local marketing agencies to secure development of customized content such as: co-branded sales support materials, customer catalogues, advertisements as well as digital sales tools
Requirements
University degree in Business administration/Marketing or similar
minimum 3 years of B2B and/or B2C Marketing/Trade/Shopper-Marketing experience (both offline and online)
Experience in sales and/or product & marketing management within a global matrix organization
Experience in executing brand marketing plans with customers
Fluent level in German and English
Willingness to frequent travels within DACH as well as travel 2-3 times per year within Europe
