Role Overview
- Assist the onshore broking team with risk management and insurance programs
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Implement broking strategies and retention plans
- Negotiate claim settlements with insurers
- Ensure accurate processing of client transactions
- Participate in client meetings and maintain client records
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of major classes of insurance
- Knowledge of relevant legislation including Insurance (Agents & Brokers) Act
- Ability to manage client relationships
- Proficiency in necessary IT applications
- Excellent communication skills
