Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Have at least 3+ years of experience in IT Industry
- Experience of working on enterprise applications or cloud applications such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, SuccessFactor, Oracle Cloud, or Workday
- Exposure to domains – HCM, Payroll, Learning, Recruitment, Comp, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneous or experience of working for large enterprise clients
- Exposure to North America and EMEA region would be helpful
- Strong communication skills
