Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, establishing clear priorities, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
Serve as a senior advocate for Snap’s new and existing products.
Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly strategic initiatives clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee day-to-day campaign success—including ad rejection escalations, audience segmentation, and post-campaign reporting.
Contribute to team culture, lead shared initiatives, and help raise the quality bar across the BD team by modeling excellence and sharing best practices.
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, sales, account management, or a related strategic client-facing role
Experience owning senior client relationships and influencing commercial strategy.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
Strong analytical, presentation, and executive communication skills.
Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
Fluency in written and verbal English and Mandarin.
