Role Overview
- Define and own the overarching UX/UI vision and design philosophy across all products
- Act as the single point of accountability for cross-product experience quality
- Govern the company-wide design systems and component libraries
- Own the relationship between brand identity and product experience
- Define and embed UX standards, best practices, and governance processes across all product-aligned design teams
- Map and own the end-to-end customer experience across products
- Lead, develop, and provide strategic direction to the distributed UX community across product/engineering teams
Requirements
- Significant experience leading UX at a senior level across a broad product portfolio
- Hands-on knowledge of design infrastructure
- Strong instinct for the connection between how a brand presents itself and how customers experience it in product
- A natural influencer who can shape thinking and raise standards across teams
- Ability to take a wide-angle view of how customers move across products and touchpoints
