Define and enrich the user experience of members and clients on different virtual platforms
Serve as a specialist advisor and subject matter expert for the definition of user journeys
Lead different stakeholders with respect to development projects and complex initiatives
Help solve highly complex problems that require analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge
Ensure the identification of opportunities to improve the member and client experience
Lead efforts to define the user journeys and the desired user experience
Ensure the design of mock-ups, user personas, functional specifications, and information architecture
Conduct trend monitoring and develop practices in terms of digital and user-focused design
Ensure co-creation runs smoothly between UI, product management, and IT development teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
