You will support us in the varied and diverse day-to-day work as well as on projects related to our customer panel REFLECT
You will gain fundamental insights into operational and strategic project steps — from designing a study to analyzing and presenting its results, as well as communicating with the community
You will take a deep dive into the analysis and interpretation of feedback results and assist in coordinating and conducting internal alignment meetings
You will monitor current developments in market research, AI and data analysis, contribute new ideas, and support project management in evaluating and further developing innovative approaches for our community work
Requirements
Currently enrolled student in market research, psychology, social sciences, or economics, preferably with a focus on marketing
Initial experience working with communities (preferably in the B2B sector)
Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods
Enjoy working independently and preparing materials
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong internet affinity with an interest in digital channels and communication
