Software Engineer – Full-stack

Role Overview

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain platform products
• Build frontend experiences for internal platform applications
• Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and automation components
• Collaborate with architects and technical stakeholders
• Champion testing practices
• Improve developer experience
• Participate in incident triage and problem management
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
• Contribute to estimation, planning, and prioritisation activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field
• Strong commercial experience in full-stack software engineering across backend, frontend, and mobile development
• Proven expertise in Java and Spring Boot
• Strong frontend development experience using Angular or React
• Solid mobile development capability using Swift and Kotlin
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Experience with Git-based CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of automated testing practices
• Good understanding of secure software development
