About this role
Role Overview
Leading the end-to-end design, migration and implementation of procurement systems and processes within SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network as part of an M&A integration programme
Drive the migration of supplier, contract and procurement data from legacy systems into SAP environments, ensuring accuracy, completeness and auditability
Ensure data quality, governance and compliance standards are maintained across procurement systems, aligned to regulatory and audit requirements
Lead and support testing activities (SIT/UAT), configuration validation and go-live readiness, ensuring successful system deployment
Identify, manage and resolve system, process and data-related issues, ensuring stability and effectiveness of procurement workflows post-migration
Support and oversee contract and procurement process migration activities, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption to BAU operations
Lead supplier enablement and process harmonisation activities within SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network, supporting delivery of the broader M&A integration programme
Requirements
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba (including Guided Buying and SAP Business Network) (Required)
Experience delivering end-to-end system migrations, including data migration, system integration and cutover activities (Preferred)
Proven capability in data migration and data management, including mapping, cleansing, validation and reconciliation of supplier, contract and procurement data (Required)
Understanding of system integration architecture, including interfaces between procurement, finance and third-party platforms (Preferred)
Knowledge of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, and how these translate into system design and workflows (Required)
Experience working with procurement technologies and platforms (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer or similar (Required)
