About this role
Role Overview
Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service workshop
Leading, motivating, and developing the service team
Improving operational processes and ensuring a high standard of service delivery
Developing customer relationships and handling complex customer complaints
Monitoring and analyzing the service operation's business results, costs, and key performance indicators
Cooperating with other departments to achieve common business objectives
Requirements
Technical qualification
Several years of professional experience in a service workshop or similar technical environment
Previous leadership experience
Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in standard computer applications
English language skills are an advantage
Experience in a commercial vehicle service workshop is an advantage
