Assume responsibility for SAP authorization implementation (rollout) projects across Würth Group companies, with a focus on the company’s global SAP ERP environment.
Support the planning, coordination and execution of authorization-related activities during implementation projects.
Provide consultancy to internal stakeholders on SAP authorization concepts, governance requirements and best practices.
Contribute to the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of authorization standards and governance processes.
Act as the interface between business areas, project teams and technical specialists on SAP authorization matters.
Support activities related to SAP license management and audit requirements, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Analyze authorization concepts and business requirements to develop appropriate, efficient and sustainable solutions.
Work closely with Group corporate areas such as Controlling and Audit, ensuring compliance with Group standards and policies.
Document project outcomes, authorization concepts and process improvements in a structured and transparent manner.
Provide guidance, training and knowledge transfer to users and teams involved in projects, when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP, with a focus on SAP Authorizations.
Experience in SAP projects, preferably in rollouts or implementations.
Solid knowledge of SAP Authorization concepts and related governance requirements.
Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Good knowledge of SAP license management and audit-related processes.
Basic ABAP knowledge will be considered a plus.
Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and consulting skills, with ease in working with international stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously and also to collaborate effectively in a team.
Fluent or advanced English.
Knowledge of German will be considered a plus.
Availability to travel as required by implementation (rollout) projects.
