Role Overview
- Monitor DCM, CRI and Home Equity transactions.
- Monitor the pipeline of new DCM transactions.
- Support portfolio management and investment allocation analyses.
- Provide support for credit, market and asset performance analyses.
- Prepare materials and reports to support investment decisions.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to track transactions.
Requirements
- Experience in the financial market, preferably in real estate funds, structured credit, DCM or CRI.
- Knowledge of investment analysis and capital markets.
- Advanced Excel.
- Analytical profile with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields.
