Provide Level 2 support for VMware and/or OpenShift Virtualization platforms
Troubleshoot issues in VMware vSphere, vCenter, or OpenShift Virtualization environments
Support the design and implementation of virtualization solutions
Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability
Identify and implement improvements to virtualization environments
Work with Level 3 engineers and other IT teams to resolve complex issues
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
Contribute to automation efforts using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools

Active working experience for 2+ years with VMware virtualization or OpenShift Virtualization
Knowledge of VMware vSphere, vCenter, or equivalent OpenShift components
Understanding of storage and networking in virtualized environments
Experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
Experience troubleshooting virtualization platforms
Familiarity with Veeam (preferred)
Fluent in English, German is beneficial
