Responsible for the technical execution and quality of our new B2C product: Full Stack Development.
Build and maintain features end-to-end
from Rails API endpoints to React Native screens.
Contribute to architecture decisions and uphold high standards through code reviews and testing.
Work with social media APIs (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and third-party services for integrations.
Participate in deployment pipeline and ensure product stability and performance in production.
Collaborate closely with product and design to turn user needs into technical solutions.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ruby / Rails.
Relevant experience with React (preferably Native).
Ability to shape the technical direction of early-stage projects.
Autonomous, organized and proactive, with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Knowledge on how to leverage AI to optimize output.
Empathetic and love working with people from different backgrounds.
Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
Fluent in English.
