Enable Sales and partners with materials, training, and clear product narratives
Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competition
Ensure consistency of product messaging across all channels and regions
Continuously improve messaging, content, and campaigns based on insights and performance
Requirements
Experience in product marketing, ideally in IoT, smart building technologies, or B2B tech environments combining hardware and software
Strong understanding of how product marketing drives growth, adoption, and business impact
Ability to craft messaging that resonates with different audiences – from technical users to business decision-makers
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a clear understanding of how different channels, formats, and audiences shape effective messaging – including how B2C best practices can be applied in B2B contexts
Experience working with multiple content formats and channels, and collaborating with agencies or creative partners
Understanding of global brands and how to maintain consistency across markets
Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Hands-on but strategic – comfortable driving direction while ensuring execution happens
Comfortable using modern tools to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of marketing work
