About this role
Role Overview
Own the day-to-day revenue operations, working in close and direct alignment with the CEO
Lead a lean sales organization, ensure daily pipeline excellence, proper division of labor, and consistent target achievement
Design, test, and rapidly iterate on multi-channel outbound sequences, cold calling/email scripts, and inbound playbooks
Cultivate a transparent, high-energy, and zero-ego startup culture
Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development
Proven track record of working directly with a CEO or executive founders
Experience building process-heavy operations in flat organizations
Deep tactical comfort with setting up CRM workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
Experience with distributed remote teams
Full availability to work directly during US Eastern and Pacific Timezone hours
