About this role
Role Overview
- Provide support and maintenance for Java APIs and microservices, performing incident analysis and resolution.
- Develop and evolve REST APIs and microservices using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
- Implement improvements and new features, ensuring application quality, performance and stability.
- Participate in the team's agile ceremonies (Daily stand-up, Planning, Review and Retrospective).
- Collaborate on problem analysis, root cause identification and definition of technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure the quality of deliveries.
- Work with cloud-native applications, using Docker and other technologies in the ecosystem.
- Interact with multidisciplinary teams from Sensedia and the client to support deliveries and the continuous evolution of solutions.
Requirements
- Experience developing with Java 17+ and Spring Boot
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
- Experience with microservices
- Experience writing unit tests using JUnit 5
- Experience with Docker and Docker Compose
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Experience using Git for version control
- Experience with messaging tools (RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar)
- Experience developing cloud-native applications
- Knowledge of API Gateway
- Experience in incident analysis, resolution and production application support.
